Cancellation policy

CANCELLATIONS MADE BY THE PARTICIPANT

• Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the activity: 90% refund of the amount payed.
• Cancellations made between 30 and 6 days prior to the activity: 70% refund of the amount payed.
• Cancellations made 5 days or less prior to the activity: 0% refund of the amount payed.

CANCELLATIONS DUE TO BAD WEATHER (1)

CANCELLATIONS ON CASES OF FORCE MAJEURE (For example: Legal confinements for COVID in the city of origin or destination or due to the legal suspension for COVID of activities carried out by AVENTURA IB)
Three options will be offered:

1. Change the date of the activity.
2. To perform a different activity, adjusting the price between both activities.
3. Call off the activity and refund 100% of the whole value.

 
(1) It will be considered bad weather when the conditions prevent the normal development of the activity. In no case, being cloudy or a light rain will be considered bad weather.

DIVING AND SNORKELING TRIPS: Regarding sea conditions, it will be considered bad weather when there is force 4 or higher at the dive/snorkel spot, as well as force 6 or higher at any time during the boat trip.

SAILING TRIPS: It will be considered bad weather when there is force 6 or higher at any time during the boat trip.

LLAUT TRIPS: It will be considered bad weather when there is force 6 or higher at any time during the boat trip.
