Freediver Level 1 Course

DESCRIPTION

This is a training and certification course for Level 1 freedivers. You will learn breathing, relaxation, equalization, movement, and immersion techniques across various disciplines, as well as how to use specific freediving equipment. You will also practice different skills both on the surface and underwater, focused on safety and the correct response in case of danger or emergency.

The course program consists of four sessions carried out over 3 days.

At the end of the course, you will obtain the SSI Freediver certification.

DURATION

• 3 days

SCHEDULE

• Day 1: Theory from 15:00 to 19:00
• Day 2: Sea practice from 9:00 to 13:00 and from 15:00 to 19:00
• Day 3: Sea practice from 15:00 to 19:00
• Once the planning has been agreed, it must be fulfilled and be punctual, out of respect for all participants and workers.
  Changes in advance of 7 days or more before starting the course: free of charge.
  Changes made with less than 7 days: € 100 per person and change.
  Not showing up on the day of the activity, canceling or arriving late so that the activity cannot be carried out: € 180 per person per day

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum age: 14 years
• Medical certificate, or alternatively, a self-declaration of health status completed through a medical questionnaire. If the answers reveal a pre-existing condition that may affect the student’s safety, or if their physical condition is clearly not suitable, freediving practice will not be allowed unless a valid medical clearance is provided.
